  Waitress was very friendly and helpful with selections of food and on tap brews. Food was amazing, had the El Diablo burger and fries. Burger cooked perfectly, juicy and fresh! Definetly will be returning for another visit!

  Service was very slow and poor. I ordered a lemonade and was told they might be out, but she never returned to confirm that. After 30 minutes we finally got our food. My father had ordered chili (sour cream is listed on the menu), but it was delivered without the sour cream. When he asked about it the waitress went to two other tables first and then brought drinks to one of the tables and when she finally returned she informed us that they were out of sour cream. My father stated that it would have been nice to know that when he ordered it or before the food was brought to the table and the reply was defensive and argumentative. He told her he didn't want the chili, but I believe the customer service was the bigger turn off. No one checked on us or brought our ticket to us. My mother carried her plate to the cash register to get a take out box for her left overs. This the third time I have been here and each time the service is progressively worse. The staff seemed more interested in talking to each other or being on their phones than they were with customer service. The potential is there, but a lot of improvement is needed. If they want to survive the staff need more training and supervision.

  Visited the Brew House twice recently. The first time we sat in seating near the bar and our waitress was also the bartender so needless to say, she never came back to refill drinks or check on us. We asked about the free app for checking in with the Yelp app and she told us that they no longer accept it. We both ordered the Philly Cheese-steak and it wasn't good. The onions were raw, the bread was dry and hard, and there was hardly any steak or peppers on it. I asked for no mayo, but it was prepared with mayo and because our waitress didn't check back, I didn't have the opportunity to have it fixed. When I tried to pay the bill, it took 10 minutes for a register to open up.
  The second time we visited, we sat far away from the bar and had a much more polite and attentive waitress. It wasn't busy at all as there were only 3-4 other customers in the restaurant and the kitchen staff were goofing off in the corner. This time we asked our waitress about the free app for checking in on Yelp and she didn't raise an issue over it and even helped us pick out an app. So far, things were looking much better this go around, but when the beer cheese and pretzels app came out, it had pita chips instead of pretzels. We went along with it, but it tasted terrible. I thought it might be the seasoning on the pita chips since the menu said it was supposed to come with pretzels so I politely asked the waitress about it and she said she didn't even notice the mistake when she brought it out and went back to have the kitchen heat up some pretzels. Later, we got the pretzels and tried it again, but it still tasted awful. We left the beer cheese alone and just ate the pretzels. When we ordered our entrees, we were politely informed that they were out of fries. This time we had the burger and the pulled pork BBQ. The burger was okay, but not worth the price. The BBQ sandwich (also not worth the price) was extremely dry (both bread and pork) and the BBQ sauce was just out of a bottle.
